Storyteller Ed Stivender is famous for his unique renditions of fairy tales with comic twists and participatory improvisations. A master of the art of "controlled foolishness", he is also an award-winning mummer who has strutted in the Comic division of the annual Philadelphia Mummers Parade since 1982. His performances are a mixture of humor, music, song, dance, story and sometimes seriousness.
