Sunday, October 23, 2011
1:00 pm at Fort Hunter

And it’s one, two, three, hey!
Help them put the chairs away.
If it wasn’t for them,
we wouldn’t be here.
Let’s hear it for the volunteers.

Come and meet Susquehanna Folks who help make it all happen! Enjoy lunch, great folk music and door prizes.

Live Music! Cindy David & Art Wachter

Cindy David and Art Wachter cover a wide range of acoustic blues and eclectic folk music, from Bonnie Raitt to Mississippi John Hurt to Chris Smither, along with original compositions. Based in York, the duo enjoys a strong following thanks to Cindy's amazing voice and Art's award-winning fingerstyle guitar.

Originally from Williamsport, Cindy David has played with the notable folk rock band The Moonbillies, Jacksontowne (with Jack Quigley), Two Moody (with Mark Ottemiller) and a folk duo with Michael Arthur. Art Wachter produces The Wagon Shed Concert Series & Open Mic, hosts The Folk Show on WPSU, runs an event production company in Baltimore and manages several national level musical artists. He has performed with numerous groups in past years including the Tallahassee Band, Backseat Drivers and Big Corral.
