Susquehanna Folk's Songwriting Contest needs a sponsor. Please pass the word around! If you find someone (or if you are someone) who would be willing to donate $200 in exchange for some friendly publicity, please get in touch with contest coordinator Jim Richardson (see below).

Over the past five years, the Songwriting Contest has become a fun tradition for local musicians. A panel of judges selects three finalists from all entries, and those finalists perform their songs for the audience at a SFMS Coffee House. First, second and third prizes are awarded based on audience voce. We have always been impressed by the talent displayed by our local songsmiths.
