AN ONLINE BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL, Thursday evening through Sunday, showcasing 37 bands from 17 states, whose members are under age 20! It's organized by Perry County duo Buffalo Mountain (ages 17 and 16!) in conjuction with Tomorrow's Bluegrass Stars, a national organization that connects young bluegrass musicians across North America.
