Tickets

Ticket info is coming soon! Tickets will be purchased through the Appell Center's box office; their ticket FAQs list answers many frequently-asked questions. Much of our daytime programming will be FREE (yay!) thanks to the generous support of our sponsors.

Events Schedule

Festival events will begin Friday evening and run through Sunday night. Specific events and times will be announced soon. In the meantime, expect evening concerts in the gorgeous Capital Theatre, daytime events and evening dances in The Studio.

Venue

We are excited to be partnering with the Appell Center for the Performing Arts in downtown York, PA at the corner of George and Philadelphia Streets. All of our events are indoors this year.

Please be fair to others and do not save seats while you're elsewhere.

The Appell Center is fully accessible for folks with mobility challenges. We are happy to help everyone enjoy all the festival offers. The Appell Center's website has detailed accessibility info. For questions and special accommodations, please contact us, in advance if possible.

Parking

The Appell Center's website has lots of helpful parking info. York's parking garages are FREE on weekends. and after 8pm Friday night, including the Philadelphia Street Garage across from the Appell Center. On-street metered parking and private pay lots are also available nearby.

Dining and Lodging

Downtown York has a fantastic selection of restaurants for quick bites or leisurely meals, an easy walk or short drive away. The Appell Center's website offers several detailed restaurant recommendations. For even more options, look at Explore York's Dine & Drink list.

The Appell Center offers concessions (a range of beverages, including alcoholic options, and a variety of bite-sized snacks), but they do not offer onsite dining, nor permit outside food & drinks.

York offers a wide variety of lodging options. Check the Appell Center's recommendations and Explore York's comprehensive lodging directory (which even includes campgrounds!), you're sure to find the perfect place.

Secure Instrument Check

Enjoy the festival unencumbered! You can securely store instruments and other bulky belongings.

Lost & Found

The Mercantile crew keeps up with Lost & Found. Items left behind after the festival will be donated to local charities.

Things Frowned Upon

Please do not bring...

And please be kind: do not interfere with others' enjoyment of the festival.

Things Smiled Upon

We are always happy to see...
